制氧工艺介绍 Introduction

变压吸附(简称PSA)制氧机,是在常温常压的条件下,利用PSA专用吸附剂(分子筛及活性氧化铝)选择性吸附 的特性,在加压条件下,优先吸附空气中的氮气、二氧化碳和水分等杂质,从而取得纯度较高的氧气;在降低压力的条件下,脱附吸附剂中的氮气及其他杂质,吸附 剂得到再生。双塔(或多塔)循环工作,从而实现吸附-脱附循环操作,连续制取纯度93±2%的氧气。

The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on molecular sieve’s selective adsorption of nitrogen from air. It can continuously generate oxygen with the purity 93±2% at ambient temperature with twin vessels in place. The adsorbed nitrogen can be desorbed by depressurization resulting cyclical adsorption-desorption operation.

传统的制氧方法需将空气冷却至液态(约-180℃),通过精馏制取氧气,此法能产生纯度很高的氧气,但是设备投资高,而且设备运行在超低温的状态下,操作难度大、维修率高、能耗比较大、起动后往往需要几十个小时才能正常产气。

与传统的制氧方法相比,PSA工艺流程简单,设备少,制氧成本低;起动迅速,停机方便,可间断运行;设备工作压力低,工作温度为常温;设备运行中,不富集乙炔等易燃易爆物质,安全性好。
